Fees
We are a contingency based collection agency*. That means that there are no upfront fees, costs, or risks with placing an account with us.
We also offer other residential lease management services that can help prevent a past due account from becoming substantially delinquent.
Collections Service Areas
We provide collections services for all of the major metropolitan Atlanta counties, including Gwinnett, DeKalb, Walton, Barrow, Hall, Forsyth, Fulton, Clarke, Jackson, Dawson, Cherokee, Lumpkin, and White counties.
Past due accounts
We are happy to discuss your overdue realty accounts. Please call us directly to so that we can advise you on potential courses of action, and how we can help recover your past due/delinquent rents.
Debtor Evaluation
Upon placement of an account with Executive Collection Services, we work diligently to ensure that your debtor meets their financial obligations to you. We will research factors such as their financial state, any assets that they may own, and if any debts supersede your past due/delinquent rents.
DIPLOMATIC COLLECTIONS
We safeguard your company’s reputation by remaining professional and courteous, yet persistent, to recover your past due/delinquent rents. We are never overly aggressive, or hostile, nor do we utilize illegal collections practices.
REALTY CONSULTATION
We are happy to consult with you regarding your rental property portfolio, and develop a proactive plan for your company to establish procedures that will limit your accounts receivables from becoming collections.

We are a contingency based collections firm, however we do charge our clients any out of pocket filing fees, or office expenses (for example, postage).
